Chapter 115: Let It Go!

Hey Guys,

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I hope you enjoyed MitchMas, If you haven't been watching, here is what you've missed this week:

|   Day 19   |   Day 20   |   Day 21   |   Day 22   |   Day 23   |   Day 24   |   Day 25   |

And In Dear videos, this week I sang 'Let It Go' from Frozen:

Over here I thought I'd talk about why I chose this song for my Dear/MitchMas crossover videos as well as a little bit about each MitchMas from this week.

Let It Go is an interesting choice of song this week as I've never actually seen Frozen, I can however appreciate a well written song and I do really like it so it seemed like something that would be quite fun to sing, play and experiment with the song.

So, MitchMas so far:

Day 19 - Mystery Wrap Battle
Did not think that the Sidemen would be inspiring one of my videos when I started this process, but this seemed like a really fun idea to do with My brother, sister and Joe, My sister's boyfriend. I think it really made for an entertaining video.

Day 20- Accented Songs
This was one of the first ideas I had for a video as Myself, Joe and Michael are currently working closely on the next Mechanicals play. As actors I thought it would be fun to play with accents (which I'm usually much better at) and Christmas songs seemed like the best way to incorporate them. Had so much fun filming this one.

Day 21- Top 10 Christmas Films
Joe is a huge film fan and likes reviewing them so I thought I'd pair up with him to discuss our Top Christmas Films, I went down the cheesy route whereas Joe decided to go for the unconventional Christmas films, hose being the ones set at Christmas but not necessarily about Christmas...I should probably note that my Top 5 have changed since that video going Live.

Day 22- 1st Line, Every Line
Olly is a singer and so I thought this video would work well with him. The idea comes from The Late Late Show with James Corden which I decided to Christmasify with Christmas Songs. We had fun filming this out in the woods and it didn't go as badly as I thought it would....Which isn't to say it went amazingly.

Day 23 - Christmas Questions
This was only intended to be a video with My brother and sister but events led to it becoming a much bigger thing with inviting my nan and Grandad to join us as well as Megan. It was really nice to do a proper family video talking about our Christmas days rather than something ridiculous.

Day 24- The Night Before Christmas
I thought I'd read this poem because it was going up on Christmas Eve (The night before Christmas) and I thought I'd show my Christmassy house and some clips from all the videos in MitchMas. I really like watching this one because I get to see all my work for MitchMas in one place and it makes me quite proud.

Day 25- Sonnet 116
I wanted to do a video with Josh Pointing and with him being the best Shakespearean actor I know, I thought that a sonnet reading would be apt so I went on the search for a Christmas Themed one and someone on the internet said that Number 116 was good for Christmas, I still don't quite get why, but there you go.

And that is it for this week,

Tomorrow you will get a selection of Out-Takes from MitchMas and in the coming days I will start uploading Vlogs from my trip to Sweden and on New Year's day a little quiz with my Brother and Sister to see how much attention they have paid to MitchMas with punishments.

Until Next Time,
Stay Happy,
Have A Great Christmas,
And Goodbye.

Chapter 114: Snow Is Falling!

Hey Guys,

I hope you are enjoying MitchMas, If you haven't been watching, here is what you've missed this week:

|   Day 12   |   Day 13   |   Day 14   |   Day 15   |   Day 16   |   Day 17   |   Day 18   |

And In Dear videos, this week I sang 'Merry Christmas Everyone':

Over here I thought I'd talk about why I chose this song for my dear/mitchmas crossover videos as well as a little bit about each MitchMas from this week.

Merry Christmas Everyone by Shakin Stevens is one of my favourite Christmas songs so I thought I'd give it a go this week...It's not perfect because I've never properly played it the whole way through before but I think I did alright on the whole.

So, MitchMas so far:
Day 12 - Most Likely To...
When planning the videos for MitchMas it only seemed right to recreate one of my favourite videos by getting Aaron, Alex, Harry and Sam in to play some more Most Likey To... but this time, with Christmassy things.

Day 13- Flip Cup
The Colour Runners seemed like a fun group of people to do a video with and the idea of Flip Cup, influenced by Jimmy Fallon, seemed like the idea that fitted best, the twist of using Christmassy drinks added to the video and made it one of my favourite videos in MitchMas.

Day 14- Christmas Race
So I got SOJEE back to make up for their not so great video earlier in MitchMas and joined them with Joe Groves (who will be making some appearances very soon) and decided to have a little race with them, to put tinsel on the tree, a bauble on the tree and to wrap up a DVD chosen especially for each person and put that under the tree, it descended into chaos but I did really enjoy doing it.

Day 15- Gingerbread Men
So Darcy and G came back to decorate some gingerbread men, and we actually had fun with it and created some true masterpieces, it was lovely of them to join me again after the epic fail that was the cupcakes, but we had fun, so it was all good.

Day 16 - Would you Rather?
Got the self proclaimed Edgy Rejects in to join Tommy on his Birthday video and we played would you rather with some purposely dodgy editing, was actually quite fun to play along with them and answer some Christmas themed would you rathers.

Day 17- Word Sneak
Two of my favourite people, Tommy and Sammy, joined me and some alcohol to sneak some words into our Christmas conversation, this descended into mad conversations about Rudolph's Lampshade and Santa's Renault Clio and ended with some punishment shots, which for the most part tasted quite nice.

Day 18- Mr & Mrs
Got the lovely Zarmstrong (Zoe and Jack) in to play Mr and Mrs in a very on the spot, in the pub, conversational video which was mostly improvised there and it was actually really fun and quite nice to see them again.

And that is it for this week, so...

Until Next Time,
Stay Happy,
Keep Watching MitchMas,
And Goodbye.

Chapter 113: Love Actually!

Hey Guys,

I hope you are enjoying MitchMas, If you haven't been watching, here is what you've missed this week:

|   Day 5   |   Day 6   |   Day 7   |   Day 8   |   Day 9   |   Day 10   |   Day 11   |

And In Dear videos, this week I sang 'Christmas Is All Around' from Love Actually:

Over here I thought I'd talk about why I chose this song for my dear/mitchmas crossover videos as well as a little bit about each MitchMas from this week.

Those of you who know me would know that I'm a fan of Love Actually which you'll find out about later in MitchMas too. I didn't think I'd be able to find the chords and lyrics for this version on the same site, but I did and so I had to choose to sing this song...Especially after watching Love Actually this week.

So, MitchMas so far:
Day 5 - Christmas Cupcakes!
Right, so these didn't go well, but they did make for an interesting video. I tried my hardest to find a Christmassy Cupcake mix but the closest I could find were Frozen ones. We tried to cook them in a halogen oven which didn't go completely to plan and The timelapse was not as quick as I hoped.

Day 6- Christmas Quiz
So, SOJEE, they seemed like fun people to film with, but by God was that filming process a nightmare. So many technical difficulties went on which led to a fairly shocking video which I can only apologise for...I have however got them joining me again later in MitchMas to try and make up for the dodgy video.

Day 7- Christmas Yoga
One of the worst ideas I've had for a video...Well, the video was a fun idea, but the costumes are completely regrettable. Good on Ches for joining in with something so ridiculous but it was great fun to film and it is an amusing watch

Day 8- What's in my Mouth
One of my favourite videos from MitchMas so far. I had so much fun filming it with Barry and I really love the parts where we show the audience what we have. I think it's very funny and some of the items we chose really were ridiculous.

Day 9 - Secret Santa

Lovely to do a video like this with the Squad(or most of it) and it was quite fun to film. Although having the memo to wear a Christmas jumper, not everyone remembered and Joe even ended up with Christmas socks on his ears instead...which resulted in being my favourite intro on MitchMas.

Day 10- Celebrity Tweets
I decided to do this video with the guys from The Sunday Roast as it's the kind of thing we get up to on the show and when we are having drinks together. The people chosen were partly those that I knew we would all have fun with and partly chosen by Joe and Lewis because they thought they would have fun with them...which they did. I really loved the Tweets that were made for this video.

Day 11- Who Am I?
I couldn't do MitchMas without including a video with the Girls. I chose to do this video as I thought it would be really fun with this lot. Some of the people/things we chose were harder than we thought, and I didn't think Scrooge would be that hard to guess, but I enjoyed trying.

And that is it for this week, so...

Until Next Time,
Stay Happy,
Keep Watching MitchMas,
And Goodbye.

Chapter 112: John Lennon

Hey Guys,

I hope you are enjoying MitchMas, If you haven't been watching, here is what you've missed this week:

|   Day 1   |   Day 2   |   Day 3   |   Day 4   |

And In Dear videos, this week I sang 'Happy Xmas (War Is Over):
Over here I thought I'd talk about why I chose this song for my dear/mitchmas crossover videos as well as a little bit about each MitchMas from this week.

Those of you who know me would know that I'm a fan of The Beatles and so straight away this song was going to be one of the four Christmas Covers I'd do over MitchMas as well as this being one of my favourite Christmas Songs.

So, MitchMas so far:

Day 1 - Top 10 Christmas Songs!
This was a video that was so much harder than I thought it would be because it's so hard to narrow it down to 10, especially when there is two lists to narrow down. I had to do this video with Sammy because he is the biggest fan of Christmas music that I know. Luckily we agreed on 7 of the songs and so it was just a battle between our 6 for the last 3.

Day 2- 2 Truths, 1 Lie.
This video just seemed like a fun idea of something to make more Christmas themed. I chose to do this with Nick because he is my best friend and it just seemed right to see how much we know about each other in the period of time where we wouldn't usually see each other. I also wanted to do this video as I had great Christmas memories.

Day 3- Chubby Reindeer
As one of my best friends, Alfie had to be in a video and it only seemed right to do one where he looked silly. I chose to do this video as I had never done the Chubby Bunny Challenge (which is exactly what this is, just renamed to be more Christmassy). I also decided to mix it up a bit by swapping out the marshmallows for huge marshmallows because, why not.

Day 4- Christmas Scattergories
I love playing this game, despite not knowing the name until I was planning MitchMas but I thought it would make a fun video, I chose to do it with Sam & Sammy as I also pair them up as a sort of double act so I thought it would be nice to have them both in a video together. This one was mostly planned on the spot as I hadn't planned the categories before filming.

And that is it for this week, so...

Until Next Time,
Stay Happy,
Keep Watching MitchMas,
And Goodbye.

Chapter 110: The Sentence Song!

Hey guys,

This week I wrote and performed a song:
My sentence songs are becoming quite infamous amongst my friends.
They are song written entirely from sentences commented on a facebook status.

Unfortunately writing a song isn't as simple as taking sentences and singing them, because a lot of the time the sentences will not rhyme making a song really hard to flow. I will often have to add extra lines and edit the ones I'm given slightly. Then it comes to adding a melody and music to the song, I'm not a musician so this bit is usually very tricky.

Usually I'd make the music on my ukulele which I'm fairly good at but that still presents difficulties because I tend to go with the same chords, however I made the task a lot harder this time by making the decision to use a keyboard, which I don't really know how to play at all...but I got through it and it's not awful.

So,

Until Next Time,
Stay Happy,
Write A Song,
And Goodbye.

          Sunday 30 October 2016

Chapter 106: Winter is The Best!!

          Hey Guys,

This week I did a really weird, and cold, video direct to camera in the middle of The Solent about winter, Check it out:
Let me tell you why Winter is just the best ever.

I'll start with the obvious, Winter means Christmas, everyone loves Christmas (That was a sweeping generalisation, obviously some people don't for personal or religious reasons) and Christmas obviously falls in the middle of winter (again, geographically some people have Christmas in Summer...and actually, Christmas is more in the first 3rd of Winter). but Christmas is great and in Winter.

But it's not all about Christmas, Of course New Year falls in Winter, which generally is a good time but also, lots of people don't like having a new year, I mean, it is hard, Having to change the date, but generally it's a fun time.

In addition to that, winter holds my Birthday, which of course for me is just the awesomest thing ever, especially this year because not only am I turning 18, But I'm also doing it in Sweden whilst visiting Ida so it's gonna be a mental time!

I also think there is something special about the warmth of blankets in comparison to the cold winter air, looking out the window at snow (or pictures of snow wishing you'd get some) and Winter television is always incredible.

There is also great food around winter and for some reason you can just eat more of it.

And that is why, Winter is the best.

          Until Next Time,
          Stay Happy,
          Prepare For Winter,
          And Goodbye.

Chapter 105: Carrie is 24! & The Christmasaurus

          Hey Guys,

So this week I celebrated Carrie's 24th Birthday:
This is the third time I've done a video like this, with the previous 2 being for Tom and Gi.
I enjoyed doing this one more as there was more to say.

What I mean is, where Tom and Gi were born in the same year, lots of their information was the same and so the videos had some similar information in them but with Carrie it was a completely different year all together.

There isn't much more for me to add to this so I will say that the reading of 'The Christmasaurus' by Tom Fletcher is going really well. I'm really enjoying reading it which is something quite strange for me as I'm not a huge reader. The strangest part is that it seems really childish when I'm reading it in terms of it's style, for example it uses silly words and breaks the 4th wall (is that a thing with books?..I don't know) but the vocabulary still seems quite advanced and it is very much like a good read. I would definitely Recommend!

          Until Next Time,
          Stay Happy,
          Sing Happy Birthday,
          And Goodbye.

          Mitch x

          Chapter 104: The Big Dilemma?!

          Hey Guys,

So this week I decided to let myself loose of some slightly intoxicated friends in a simple game of would you rather, here's what happened:

Today I thought I'd talk about one of the questions and why it's such a hard choice to make.

The question in question is 'Would you rather we Clever and Ugly or be Dumb and Beautiful?'
This question seems to be so hard to answer because it makes you choose between intelligence and image which are arguably two of the most important factors in today's social climate.

Intelligence seems to be what people search for in terms of employees or someone who can do things and therefore is often thought of as necessary for success, whereas looks are what people perceive as a way to make friends, relationships, popularity and networking which is undoubtable an important part of being happy and/or aspirational.

These two things tend to be each others downfall and most feel as though they need both to have the highest chance in succeeding in what they do, some feel as though some jobs are possible with only one of them (for example, and a very stereotypical one, Models need to have good looks but tend to be dumb, People in IT are usually clever but tend to lack looks) and some disagree completely and believe that anyone can do anything despite their looks and levels of intelligence.

This is why the question is so hard to answer, because it makes you choose between two ideals that most people seek to have on a high level.

          Until Next Time,
          Stay Happy,
          Be Happy With Yourself,
          And Goodbye.

Chapter 102: IT'S NOT EVEN CHRISTMAS!

                  Hey Guys,

So this week I read the prologue to 'The Christmasaurus' by Tom Fletcher:

I thought this week I would explain myself.

I promise, I am not a fan of the lead up to Christmas HOWEVER...I have recently fallen into the annual trap of listening to Christmas Music, which I am a fan of. The thing is, as soon as I hear a christmas song, I can't help buy spend a while listening to christmas music, usually Michael Bublé.

You'll remember last year I made a video celebrating Christmas early which again was very out of character for me, but it just so happened to fall into place there.

And now, on the 9th of October, I'm reading a book about Christmas....let me explain that....Well, I like Tom Fletcher, as I'm sure you've discovered and he's written this book, so when I saw it in the shop, I couldn't help myself buying it and it just felt right to start reading it now (I don't read very often, so if I didn't start, I never would)

The prologue of the book also isn't very Christmassy at all so, stop worrying yourself.

                  Until Next Time,
                  Stay Happy,
                  BUY THE BOOK,
                  And Goodbye.

                  Hey Guys,

So this week on YouTube I Played Google Autofill with 'Is Rain...?':
On here I thought I'd talk you through SuperCarlinBrothers, Google Autofill and Rain, hence the blog title.

So, firstly, SuperCarlinBrothers, this is the name of a channel that I really like to watch on YouTube, they featured briefly in the blog post 'YouTube Subscriptions #2'
They are a channel that do theories, usually revolving around Pixar films but also talk about Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter and all sorts of things that allow theories. They also do other videos such as Google Autofills on subjects ranging from 'Are Hamburgers...?' to 'Are Pokemon...?' to 'Does Dumbledore...?' and this gave me the idea for this weeks video.

Google Autofill is where you begin a search and Google tries to complete it with its data collected from previous searches from you and everyone else who has ever googled, meaning the most popular searches come to the top and it saves you from typing the whole thing. The Google Autofill GAME uses this tool by making you ask the beginning of the question (Is Rain, Are Pokemon, Does Dumbledore) add a letter of the alphabet and allowing google to finish the question, and then you have to answer 26 questions (one for each letter of the alphabet).

I chose 'Is Rain...' simply because it was raining when I began filming the video and I felt like I might know quite a few of the answers (I did look some up). I really liked how google changed the subject matter a few times throughout the video so I was not only answering questions about weather, but also Korean Singers and the Mortal Kombat video game series.

                  Until Next Time,
                  Stay Happy,
                  Google Autofill,
                  And Goodbye.

                  Chapter 100: The One-Hundredth One!

                  Hello my lovelies,

I thought for my 100th post, I'd throwback to the very first one and answer those questions again.

                  'Welcome to whatever this is.

Allow me to answer a few questions about myself for you.'

                  Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Mitch, I'm now 17, I am currently studying A2 Drama and Media at Cowes Enterprise College and I am arguably the happiest, craziest and most enthusiastic person that has ever existed.

What do I do to make money?
I am currently unemployed. I loved mt job at the kitchen of a great place called The Harbour Kitchen on Cowes High Street (I highly recommend eating there, it's awesome). I've also just finished working with a company called HumanUtopia , running summer camps around England.

What do I like to do?
My two largest passions are Acting and Watching TV, I am part of an acting group called the Isle Of Wight Shakespeare Company and I've just finished my eighth play with them, Romeo and Juliet. I am currently about to perform on the second run of One Man, Two Guvnors with The Southbank Theatre Company. As I mentioned before, I also love watching TV, I like to call it market research and I think it's perfectly fine that I have a detailed schedule of what to watch and when it is on, I've just finished writing a one man autobiographical show about this. You may also be aware that I have a little youtube channel where I upload little fun videos that range from Vlogs, to Challenges, to Sit down conversations mostly directed towards Tom Fletcher from McFly, His sister Carrie Hope Fletcher and his wife Giovanna Fletcher.
                  .

What do I want to do?
You'll be surprised to hear that what I'd like to do in the future is be an actor and TV presenter or a drama teacher. I'm also considering the prospect of going to work with Humanutopia full time.

                  So, What is this?
This was a way to give my little collection of subscribers a bit more of me as well as being something that I need to do for my Media course... Turns out I didn't need it for media, so I kept it going for YouTube anyway. In terms of content...I'm still not sure...Much like my YouTube channel you could find all sorts here...there could be Strong opinions, rants, creative writing, video updates, posts about videos, early access to videos occasionally and probably lots of generic Blog thingys, Although at the moment it tends to be mostly posts about my YouTube videos.

                  This is Me...At Privet Drive
'So again, Welcome to whatever this is' and...

                  Until Next time,
                  Stay Happy,

                  Redo Something,
                  And Goodbye.

                  Chapter 99: Romeo & Juliet

                  Hey guys,

So this week I introduced you to the cast of Romeo & Juliet:

I don't really have anything to talk about here, so I'll leave you to enjoy the video.

                  Until Next Time,
                  Stay Happy,
                  Watch The Video,

Chapter 98: The Brighton Color Run!

                  Hey Guys,

Let me start by clearing up the spelling of 'Color', Basically, The Color Run is an American Brand and therefore spells colour wrong.

This week on YouTube, I kinda vlogged the Brighton Color Run:
On here I thought I'd tell you more.

So, 17th September, Myself, Sammy, Jack and Jamie travelled to Brighton to take part in the Brighton Color Run (Presented by Skittles), on the train we played Game of Life, I lost, Sammy won. We arrived in Brighton, stupidly ate a McDonald's, walked past Alfie Deyes' Dad and made our way along the seafront to the start line. We joined in the rave and the warm-up and then wandered to the start. There was paint throwing, Mexican waves and shouting and men dressed as chickens, ostriches and in tutus.

The run began, and there was a hill and 5 colour zones and paint and people going crazy, there was a drumming band at the turning round point. we cog covered in paint and got given paint pouches and a load of skittles and we definitely ran the whole way.

We took the long journey home, we didn't play Game of Life, because I deleted it after losing, I annoyed Jamie, and Sammy & Jack spoke to other passengers.

Arrived in Southampton, said Good Evening to too many people and bought a Soda Shaq from Co-op and got on the Red Jet, with Matt Wood...

Got off, Took Jamie to a mental Party and went home.

Footage was lacking because my phone and (not)GoPro got full...quickly...but it was great fun, would recommend.

                  Until Next Time,
                  Stay Happy,
                  Get Colourful,
                  And Goodbye.

                            Chapter 96: Oooooh, I'm also a Writer!

                            Hey Guys,

So this week, I did a Q&A about my play:

I thought, that too accompany it, I would tell you about the play that I'm writing...but I've already done that, about 5 weeks ago...sooo, instead I'm gonna talk about a One Man show that I'm starting to develop.

Yesterday I attended a work shop run by friend and fellow actor Olly Fry with the intention of running a number of one man autobiographical shows on the 7th October...

Mine will focus on my love and slight obsession with TV, The scheduling of it and impressions and voices that have influenced my daily life and how that has made me who I am today.

At the moment it's looking really fun with lots of impressions, props, games and ridiculousness, but I obviously don't want to reveal too much of it right now.

                            Until Next Time,
                            Stay Happy,
                            Do Something,
                            And Goodbye.

Chapter 95: Gene Wilder, A Legend

                            Hey Guys,

So this week I paid tribute to the absolute legend Gene Wilder after his passing on Monday by singing 'Pure Imagination' from 'Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory':

Today I thought I write about how Gene Wilder managed to escape my Heroes/Inspirations list two weeks ago .

It's important to note that it would be impossible to list everyone that I classed as a hero or inspiration onto that list, and also that there is a difference between favourite celebrities and heroes or inspirations.

Since uploading that video/blog post, I have remembered many people that could and should be on the list as well as those that I think I just really like as opposed to them being my heroes, these people include:

                            Gene Wilder
                            Robbie Williams
                            John Lennon
                            Sam & Mark
                            David Tennant
                            Paddy McGuinness
                            Rob Brydon
                            Rhett & Link
                            Dick & Dom
                            Jason Manford
                            Peter Dickson
                            David Walliams

All of these people have influenced me (as well as those on the original list) but may or may not count as heroes or inspirations where the others do. The list that was in the video took me a while to sculpt as I really wanted it to be right, people like Robbie Williams and David Tennant were actually on the list at one point but were swapped out for those who I felt were more of heroes and inspirations to me (Gary Barlow and Ricky Gervais respectively).

I think it's important to realise that the term 'hero' or 'inspiration' can not and should not be thrown around all over the place, and it should be remembered that you can be influenced by someone or be a fan of someone without them necessarily being your hero, and someone can be a hero/inspiration without directly influencing you (E.g. Eddie the Eagle has not at all influenced me to become a ski jumper, but his persistence has influenced me)

                            Until Next Time,
                            Stay Happy,
                            Miss A Legend,
                            And Goodbye.

Chapter 94: The Best Job Ever

                            Hey Guys,

This week on YouTube I did some tours of the Hotels I've stayed at over the last month:
Today I thought I'd tell you about the best job in the world, which unfortunately came to an end this week (Well, at least for now).

As you know, I've spoken about HumanUtopia a lot on this blog and on my YouTube channel before and so I won't fill you in on all the details of what they do, however, I will talk you through what I've been up to this summer.

At the very beginning I got to visit Neale-Wade Academy in March(The place, not the month) to complete the heroes HARmony Camp training ready for their camp at the end of Summer, It was lovely to meet such a talented and funny group of kids who are truly incredible people who I know will go far.

After that I got to visit Elm Green School in West Norwood for a couple to days to experience a HARmony camp and it was some of the most fun I'd ever had, I got to really experience what it was I was doing this summer and I got to join in and get on a proper trampoline for the first time in about 5 years. This camp really set me up for the next two and it helped me to know exactly how it should go.

I was then at Shelfield Community Academy in Shelfield, this is an awesome school and I think it may have been my favourite camp, the heroes and the kids were all absolutely incredible and the staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. The instantly fell in love with the design and layout of the school and because of that may get to have some work experience there in the next year, so watch this space.

Lastly, I returned to Neale-Wade to complete the run of camps this year and it was great fun, it was more challenging than the others but certainly not worse, I had so much fun and really enjoyed my time with the young people there.

I really do hope to work with them again next year and hope I'll get to see even more schools because It's been an absolute blast.

                            Until Next Time,
                            Stay Happy,
Do Something That Makes You Happy,
                            And Goodbye.

                            Chapter 93: Heroes!

                            Hey Guys,

So this week on YouTube I introduced you to some of my biggest heroes and inspirations:

I thought I'd accompany that with saying why it is that my heroes are celebrities. Let's say, there is a room full of people and they all need to answer the question 'Who is your hero?', Lots will say family members, usually one of their parents or quite often a grandparent; Some will say friends or colleagues, possibly even a boss and then some will say a mentor, teacher or other professional role model. The people, however, that don't seem to come up as often as expected are celebrities, this could be because many people don't agree with the celebrity status or because celebrities almost feel like characters and therefore are not achievable goals.

The reason my biggest heroes are celebrities is because they have succeeded, they've got to where they wanted to be and, for me, that shows that it's possible. I could use family or friends or mentors as heroes, but more often then not, they've given up on their dreams or haven't got to exactly where they had hoped and for me that is not showing that you can get to where you want.

Of course, I look up to the family, friends and mentors in my life, but mainly to see the mistakes they've made as more of a learning curve than an inspiration or hero.

                            Until Next Time,
                            Stay Happy,
                            Have Heroes,
                            And Goodbye.

                                      Health/Fitness/Hygiene/Grooming Focus for the month
This Month it is - Teeth

I've only started with a small list as I want to make sure I'm setting achievable targets.

In September, I will review my success of 'Augoalst', and then create a new list of goals for September, which will have an even worse pun.

                                      Until Next Time,
                                      Stay Happy,
                                      Set Goals,
                                      And Goodbye.
